The 16th Amendment!

Wednesday, January 20, 2010 Label:

Today we are going to discuss the 16th amendment.
This is a totally unconstitutional amendment.
I am not talking about whether it was properly ratified, though there is some doubt as to that point.
The 16th amendment is at cross purposes with amendments 4, which guarantees the sovereign freedom from search and seizure.
The 16th amendment is also at cross purposes with amendment 9, which guarantees freedom from the denial of rights guaranteed by the constitution.
One could make other arguments, but the people need none. The 16th amendment is poorly written, unfairly implemented, and a traitorous article.
Traitorous. And the people who wrote that article should be tried for treason, as should any citizens who seek to implement the 16th amendment.

The federal government is responsible for tariffs and duties; that is the method by which they are supposed to raise moneys for the furtherance of the Union.
Income tax was declared unconstitutional in the 1890s by the Supreme court.
It was snuck in as necessary to supporting the First World War.
Any elected official who has not sought to repeal the 16th amendment should be treated as a traitor.
Immediately following is the language of the 16th amendment.
'The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.'
This is a wide open article, with no controls or regulations, and it was designed so that certain people could declare war upon the sovereigns of the United States.
It was used as an excuse for diseased individuals to write a handbook which is thousands of pages in length, and which is designed to abrogate the Constitution by allowing search and seizure, big government intrusion, and establishing courts which are above those designated by the people through the Constitution.
Thus, the 16th amendment is amended to this:
'The Congress shall have power to collect a 10% tax on retail commerce. No fee for any service or regulation may exceed $25. These figures may not be changed without a 75% vote of the people in nationwide, open election. No other form of taxation is allowed.
The government may not withhold services or engage in any form of threat or coercion to any individual or group of individual. If the government is incapable of assuring services, private enterprises may establish themselves.
Any person may bring suit against any individual who seeks to abrogate this amendment.'
Thus, the power of government, by curtailing money, is limited.
Thus, people are freed from oppression and are encouraged to acts of honest prosperity.
Thus, the people are given a club to beat back any member of government showing himself to be diseased.
Next article we will discuss communism.
